The technological facilities of Bulgartel EAD allow fast, easy and cost effective raising of transfer capacity, and they are compatible with the clients’ equipment, in compliance with the recognised industrial standards.
The servicing of the clients is backed by the technical experts and additional 24-hour 7-day support of the Bulgartel EAD National Network Monitoring and Management Centre specialists.
Support
Introduction of MPLS (Multi-Protocol Label Switching) technology will provide possibility for management of different traffic categories on the network, and will offer services with guaranteed quality (QoS) for the clients. On the other hand, this permits Bulgartel EAD to introduce up-to-date, client-oriented support system, with reliable and quality servicing of all product groups from a single place.
This is the reason that a National Network Monitoring and Management Centre was established to operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with a trouble ticketing system for recording and tracking of the events occurred, the ranking them according to their weight related to the priority of the services provided.
