The Company was incorporated in 2004 as a subsidiary of Bulgargas EAD. By establishment of Bulgartel EAD the telecommunications activity was separated from the gas transit . The carrier network of Bulgartel EAD is ranked third by length (2000 km) and structure on Bulgarian telecommunication market.
The Sofia City Court with its Decision ¹45/15.01.2007 ã. registered the transformation of Bulgargas EAD into Bulgargas-Holding EAD in which structure are included Bulgartransgas EAD, Bulgargas EAD and Bulgartel EAD. The capital of the three subsidiaries is 100% owned by Bulgargas-Holding EAD.
